Production Line Operative / Automotive Production Operative
Our client, a well known reputable interiors manufacturer located at Fradley Park, Lichfield, requires Production Line Operatives. (site tour required prior to start being offered). 3 shift rotation to start from 14th August 2023. No experience needed as full training provided. Duties include working on a production line in a manufacturing plant. Assembling interior units using hand/power tools to produce automotive interiors (doors and dashboards) and quality control.


This site offers:

  • 3 shift rotating weekly DAYS £13.19ph (inclusive of shift allowance) NIGHTS £14.91ph (inclusive of shift allowance) AFTERNOONS £13.19ph (inclusive of shift allowance) ROTATION (NO STATIC SHIFT)


  • Overtime available

  • After 39 hours Pay £15.57ph (inclusive of shift allowance).
  • 35 minute break
- £1000 refer a friend bonus

  • Start of the working week is on a Saturday
