Description

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Achieve sales and profit targets
  • Manage sales process from enquiry through to delivery to ensure exceptional service to our wholesale customers
  • Increase profitability through proactive promotion of additional products
  • Outbound calling to inform our customers and generate additional business
  • Review and set pricing within target pricing parameters.
  • Ensure optimum incoming call and callback completion
  • Work closely with Branch Manager/APP Sales Manager to deliver sales and development activities
  • Participate in online teams and inperson meetings
  • Ensure prompt completion of compliance and training modules via safety cloud
  • Maximise stock availability by working closely with branch stock control and ordering directly where required
  • Minimise slow moving and discontinued products through active clearance promotion
  • Work closely with suppliers
  • To assist on the MRCH trade counter when required i.e. covering when the counter is busy or covering holidays
  • Opening and closing of premises if designated keyholder
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the operation and management of sales, warehouse, stock and credit systems

Salary:
£27,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Plumbing and Heating: 1 year (preferred)
