About Our Client:


This health and safety client based near Royston are looking for a part time receptionist to join their friendly team.

The hours will be mainly mornings 08:30-11:00.


Immediate start part time receptionist:

  • Meeting, greeting and welcoming clients & visitors
  • Being the first point of contact for inbound calls, and taking clear messages when needed
  • Administrative duties, including data entry
  • Undertaking daily checks in the building to ensure all facilities are clean, tidy, functioning correctly and where required, replenish stock
  • Logging maintenance issues and reporting them to the relevant personnel and/or contractor
  • Providing support to the management team

The Successful Applicant:

Immediate start part time receptionist

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a customer facing role
  • Highly efficient customer service skills
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Effective team player
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • IT literate
