Location:

Bristol, Bradley Stoke - Accessible by bus routes and car via the M4 with car parking on site, 5 minute drive to large shopping centre with local amenities in walking distance.


Contract type: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am-6pm.


Salary:
starting from £22,990 to £25,289 dependant on experience

What is a Right Care and Safeguarding Advisor?


As the Right Care and Safeguarding Advisor, you will be responsible for managing clients who require clinical referrals working closely with our Doctors and Clinical Practitioners aligning to our Pre-Existing Conditions guidelines.


You will provide telephone support discussing clients medical history and their appointments working in collaboration with external healthcare professionals to deliver a seamless clinical referral pathway.

Alongside this you can expect to undertake welfare calls to clients in varying situations; clients who are unsure of their decision to proceed with treatment, contacting external services via telephone and responding quickly to situations where the emergency services are required.


Working within an established, knowledgeable and supportive team, you will be a capable and organised individual with an ability to efficiently and effectively multi-task and cope well under pressure.

The Right Care and Safeguarding Advisor will support the Safeguarding and Complex Care Lead in the management of complex and high risk safeguarding clients in addition to working in the Right Care team and supporting those clients requiring more information into their medical history.

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

  • Confidence to work on own initiative for the best client experience
  • Confident and a good understanding of Microsoft packages
  • Able to remain professional in a challenging and demanding environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet demand
  • Work independently as well as a team
