Description

This is a multidimensional role, reporting to the Head of Commercial & Legal, and to assist with the day to day administrative needs of the Commercial & Legal team.


Responsibilities:


  • You will assist the Head of Commercial & Legal on diary management and coordination and assistance with required responses
  • Facilitation of internal meetings between C&L and the wider business
  • Booking external training courses for members of the C&L team
  • Managing and overseeing databases and ensuring they are effectively maintained
  • You will assist with administrative duties across the team, including contract administration in relation to Trayport Clients and Trayport Suppliers
  • Assisting the team with other adhoc projects and requests as they may arise
  • Liaison between the C&L team and rest of the business

  • Experience in legal support role
  • Law degree obtained/in progress
