Legal Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Trayport
Description
This is a multidimensional role, reporting to the Head of Commercial & Legal, and to assist with the day to day administrative needs of the Commercial & Legal team.
Responsibilities:
- You will assist the Head of Commercial & Legal on diary management and coordination and assistance with required responses
- Facilitation of internal meetings between C&L and the wider business
- Booking external training courses for members of the C&L team
- Managing and overseeing databases and ensuring they are effectively maintained
- You will assist with administrative duties across the team, including contract administration in relation to Trayport Clients and Trayport Suppliers
- Assisting the team with other adhoc projects and requests as they may arise
- Liaison between the C&L team and rest of the business

- Experience in a commercial environment
- An interest in contract law

- Experience in legal support role
- Law degree obtained/in progress
