IPAF Operative - Soft Strip Out Works Location:

Wembley Duration:
Temporary position for 1 week

Number of Operatives Needed: 3


We are seeking skilled and reliable IPAF Operatives to join our team in Wembley for a temporary assignment of 1 week.

As an IPAF Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out soft strip out works, demonstrating your expertise in safe and efficient equipment operation.

If you have a strong background in construction, possess the necessary IPAF qualifications, and are committed to maintaining high safety standards, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform soft strip out works in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Safely and effectively operate IPAF machinery, such as scissor lifts and cherry pickers, to access and work at heights.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance to minimize the risk of malfunctions or accidents.
  • Collaborate with the project team and adhere to established procedures and timelines.
  • Follow all relevant health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and implementing safe working practices.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the site is left in a tidy condition upon project completion.

Requirements:


  • Valid IPAF license with specific categories for scissor lifts and cherry pickers.
  • Proven experience in soft strip out works, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 45 per week


Salary:
£16.00-£17.00 per hour
