Oxford - Thame

A dedicated CDM consultancy are seeking a CDM Consultant to join their team due to expansion within the business.


With many years of experience in the industry this company work on a wide range of projects including schools, hospitals, and new builds.

The successful CDM Consultant will be expected to attend regular site visits within the Oxford and London area.


ABOUT THE ROLE

About the role:

The successful CDM Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on all health and safety matters during design and planning stages of all projects
  • Advise clients of their responsibilities under the CDM regulations in the preconstruction phase
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all health and safety information
  • Review all health and safety design proposals
  • Eliminate and control potential risks by communicating with designers

REQUIREMENTS

About the requirements for the CDM Consultant:

  • Tech IOSH, Grad IOSH or CMIOSH member
  • NEBOSH general/construction certificate Diploma

Pay:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
