RJP Education are currently seeking a bank of
BEHAVIOR SUPPORT ASSISTANTS /
MENTORS for both full time & part time contracts (_ hours per week)_ to work within an "Inclusion" department for an
OUTSTANDING FE College based in Isleworth, Hounslow.

All positions will start in January 2023 and will continue until the end of the academic year, June 2023, with the potential of continuing for the next academic year (September June 2024)

RATE OF PAY:

- £14.05 per hour

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

• Experience in Supporting Students / Young People (16+) within one of the following settings: _
• SEN
• Pupil Referral Unit (PRU)
• Youth Work
• Behaviour Mentoring / Support
• Learning Support
• Support Work / Carer

SKILLS / ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong behaviour management.
• The ability to adapt easily to new settings.
• Enjoy being part of a team who thrive to meet all targets.
• Have a clear Enhanced DBS check within 3 months of issue OR on the update service.
