- We are looking for well presented, customer focussed, enthusiastic, friendly Front of House members with a desire to advance their career within a fastgrowing entrepreneurial healthcare company. You will join our friendly team of staff working as part of the front of house team.
- We are looking for someone to be able to sell our products and treatments whilst ensuring the patients needs and requirements are met and to ensure consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Customer service is maintained at the highest standards at all times
- Welcome patients, check in on our IT systems, make bookings, take payments, discuss and deal with day to day queries
- Open / close clinic
- General front of house and clinic administrative duties
- Sell treatments and act as a Treatment Care Coordinator.
- Reporting and assisting with the upkeep and requirements for KPI reporting
- Discuss a wide range of services on offer including our membership plans
- Help maintain the high presentation standards of the Clinic at all times
- Help maintain our strict covid protocols in clinic
- Customer service experience. This could be from retail, hospitality, healthcare or other relevant industry. Healthcare experience not required.

- Friendly and approachable manner
- Efficient worker with excellent time management and organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
- A true team player with excellent attitude to their work
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (does not need to be first language)
- Must have a flexible nature and be motivated to work within a highgrowth, evolving company
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Competent hands on user of IT systems & MS office (Word and XL). Training on our in house systems provided.
- Willingness to improve and develop new ideas and processes is always well received
