Job Overview
You will be joining our growing team assisting in the management of our sales, purchasing, logistics and accounting functions.

You will gain exposure to many aspects of our business and will have the opportunity to develop within our small team.


You will have good planning and organisational skills, pay attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.


Roles & Responsibilities


As the job title suggests, this role is all about providing high-quality commercial support and administration to the business and is critical in helping us establish and maintain accurate records and documentation covering a wide variety of business areas.


Your general day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Demonstration of initiative, managing priorities and own time, problemsolving skills, decisionmaking
  • Assisting in marketing our products and exploring new business opportunities
  • Managing our logistics and booking slots with customers and suppliers
  • Assisting with customs paperwork in a timely manner
  • Assisting with record keeping of supplier records, product specifications and supplier approval forms
  • Processing customer orders
  • Administration such as bookkeeping and inputting sales & purchase invoices on to Xero accounting software
  • Other general administrative tasks

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 6 GCSE or equivalent qualifications including Maths and English level 4 (C) or above
  • Previous experience in a small business and in a similar role advantageous
  • Good understanding and able to use MS Office & Google Software advantageous
