We are looking for a 1-year fixed term maternity cover for a Leadership Programme Manager to help us continue to deliver outstanding programmes:

Essential experience and capabilities:
To be considered for this role you will ideally have
- Experience in event management in a relevant development area and a proven track record of success in a customerfacing role.
- Experience of financial management of programme and project budgets.
- A strong team player and collaborative attitude and a desire to make an impact on our crosssector leadership purpose
- Some knowledge of leadership, talent and/or management development or education/development arenas would be desirable
- Strong customer service orientation to engage a range of senior stakeholders demonstrating good communication skills, ability to influence appropriately and a good desire to learn about the different sectors
- Experience in project and/or programme management experience in a relevant area would be desirable
- Demonstrably excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain excellent relations with Programme participants who are often senior leaders
- Experience of gathering feedback, proposing and implementing changes to drive innovation in programme and online delivery
- A selfdriven attitude and results oriented, having a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality output; able to solve problems and work calmly under pressure
