Tate Recruitment are currently working in partnership with Diligenta and are recruiting for talented Customer Service Administrators to join their organisation in Edinburgh.

This vacancy requires you to work in office full time, Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00) within their modern office which is located on Lothian Road EH1 2DH.
- Customers often contact us during pivotal points in their lives, your role will be to take ownership of their request
- Providing exceptional service through engaging and professional conversations, whilst carefully managing customer expectations
- Servicing policies as and when needed
- Liaising with other departments in order to get the policy holders query resolved.

- Have a good level of computer proficiency

- Remain composed, and focus on the customer in a dynamic and changing environment
