Do you have well developed leadership, communication and engagement skills with an ability to lead teams working within an acute hospital setting?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience to lead and develop the services covered by our planned care therapy teams.

The teams provide therapy input to the specialties of respiratory, surgery, trauam and orthopaedics and critical care at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford and Braintree Community Hospital.

You will lead the teams of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy assistants to provide and develop therapy services to optimise therapy outcomes.

Excellent communication skills, strong leadership ability, and enthusiasm for the the development of innovative ways of working, ensuring a high quality and effective service will all be required.

You will link and work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve this goal.

In addition you will work closely with the Head of Therapies and 4 other therapy leads to ensure the strategic objectives of MSE therapy services are met.
