Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
  • Transcribe, proofread, and edit documents
  • File and maintain paper and electronic records
  • Perform data entry and update databases
  • Assist in customer support activities as needed
  • Payroll experience
  • Sage knowledge is desired

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Proficient in using Microsof programmes and Sage
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
