Job Title:
Aluminium Door and Window Fabricator

Location:
Ravensthorpe, West Yorkshire

Salary:
Ranging from £11.50 to £13.75 per hour, negotiable based upon experience

Working Hours: 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm Monday to Friday

As a Quality Control Operative in our company, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top quality aluminium products to our customers.

You will work within a friendly and supportive team environment, carrying out visual and operational checks on our doors, windows and patios, that not only meet industry standards but also exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Attention to detail:
Carrying out visual and operational checks on our doors, windows and patios.

Material Handling:
Packaging the products ready for delivery, and transporting the doors, windows and patios to the dispatch area.

Equipment Operation:
Safely and proficiently operate a variety of tools and machinery used in the fabrication process.

Material Handling:
Manage and organize materials, keeping the workspace clean and orderly.

Organisation:
Keeping productions systems up to date, by taking images of products and logging orders when complete.

Solution based thinking:
Prioritise work according to the delivery schedule, by understanding the production process (Training provided)

Teamwork:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production processes and meet project deadlines.

Safety:
Adhere to safety guidelines and practices to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to process improvement and innovation by providing suggestions and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
Ability to follow technical drawings and written instructions.
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry materials.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
