Client areas include:
industry associations, agricultural technology innovators and farm diversification brands. No two days are the same.

Launched in April 2018, we now employ 12 people and this is growing fast.

As an integrated agency, we work across all channels with experts in PPC, SEO, web development, design, social media and much more.

What does the role look like?

Quite simply as Senior Creative at Hillsgreen you are team member who is ultimately responsible for the delivery and execution of all creative work in the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure all creative content is completed to the highest standard with results in mind

To manage all web build projects from creative through to development (via our development partners)

To creatively execute and develop the Hillsgreen brand

Supporting with the development of brand strategy, assisting with client brand workshops to ensure a smooth transition into the creative design process

Working closely with our PR & Content Manger to develop campaigns and support our Paid Social and Organic Social teams with creative assets.

Pitch ideas in a concise and engaging way, both to the internal team and to clients.

Contribute to regular brainstorming sessions with leadership and wider team.

Bring energy and points of view to creative discussions

Mentor the junior team and seek out new talent as the team grows


Required skills:

• Proven experience in a senior creative role
• Lead and own project/design development
• A real creative flair across numerous mediums including; Websites, Social Media, PPC, Branding, Printed collateral
• Big picture thinking having a finger on the pulse of everything relevant that is happening in the industry, and any emerging trends that can impact our campaigns or branding
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines (and creating them)
• Oversee all creative work and inspire others to think differently
• Confidence, to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues
• Excellent eye for detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive and motivated
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

What you'll bring to the role:

• At least 5+ years agency design experience
• Excellent visual communications for brands big and small
• Exceptional design execution, demonstrating craft and attention to detail
• Great presentations skills, delivering compelling ideas with clarity
• Highly skilled in Adobe CC suite with developing skills is specialist areas (motion, 3D etc.)
• Teamplayer attitude and confident in leading creative discussions & workshops (internally and with clients)
• Love variety and ability to thrive under pressure

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
