    Description
    Project Architect
    Excellent opportunity to work with a RIBA Chartered practice on a permanent basis.
    To succeed in this role, you should have sufficient years of industry experience and an excellent working knowledge of Revit. You should also have experience running jobs on relevant projects and strong communication skills both verbally and written.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Be ARB registered with significant industry experience as an Architect.
    2. Take charge of projects and work independently.
    3. Oversee various projects and run them successfully.
    4. Have experience of project management and on-site experience.
    5. Work effectively within a UK practice as a Project Architect.
    6. Maintain a strong understanding of the UK Building Regulations and Planning Policies.
    7. Holding previous Revit experience is highly desirable.
    Package Includes:
    Periodic performance-related bonuses, a pension scheme, and regular social events/activities. Estimated salary: £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
