Attitude is far more important than experience in role. A hospitality background is preferred but not essential, providing you feel you embody the points below. As a Community Associate, you will have cross functional responsibilities to offer multi-faceted support to members. These are detailed below.


Tasks:

  • Be the Face of your Building
  • You will be the first and main point of contact to provide support and an exceptional hospitality experience to all members and guests entering the space. While managing the Front Desk during key business hours, you will ensure a well organised entrance area.
  • Deliver a 5* Service
  • Our purpose is to deliver a service that accelerates the growth of our members. We do everything with care and conscience. Bring a critical mindset, so you can call us out and we can continually improve our offering.
  • Be the Centre of the Community
  • Make knowing our members your business, so you are best placed to create meaningful & mutually beneficial connections between them & the wider community
  • Requirements:
  • Keen & Eager
  • You are a selfmotivator, who is always looking to push themselves and those around them. No job is too big or too small and you are happy to give anything a go.
  • Friendly
  • You are a natural people person. That does not mean you are always the loudest and most extroverted, but people gravitate towards you and feel comfortable in your presence.
