About you:


We are looking for a focused and energised individual who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to the smooth and successful running of a portfolio of events including conferences and awards.


Your skills and experience will include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident personality
  • Excellent organiser who can prioritise tasks and coordinate effectively under pressure
  • Ability to communicate articulately and enthusiastically through written, spoken and face to face interactions with sponsors and suppliers
  • A motivated and focused selfstarter, who can work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fast worker who can deliver to tight deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail, to ensure all communication is accurate and timely and all records are updated correctly

The role:

Reporting to the Events Operations Manager the Events Operations Executive will be responsible for


Key Responsibilities

  • Close liaison with all sponsors in the run up to the event, gathering necessary documents and materials in time for deadlines.
  • Ensuring logos are placed correctly on all signage and event documentation.
  • Close internal communication with media sales and marketing to ensure expectations are met before, during and after the event.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to potential opportunities for sponsors to increase brand awareness.
  • Ensuring processes are kept too and event documents are kept up to date.
  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers as required.
