Full-time post working 37 hours per week
Actual Salary:
G4 - £21,968 to £24,054 per annum

About the role
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the presentation and delivery of all services within Walsall Gala Swimming & Fitness Centre, including:
- Contributing to the delivery of an excellent quality service for all our customers that use the facilities.
- Being responsible for ensuring the safety of customers, staff and other users.
- Prepared to perform lifeguarding duties as required.
Requirements:
- You must have experience in a frontline customer service environment
- You will need to hold an STA, RLSS/NARS Pool Lifeguarding qualification (or equivalent).
- You will be required to work rotating shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
