Full-time post working 37 hours per week

Actual Salary:
G4 - £21,968 to £24,054 per annum

About the role
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the presentation and delivery of all services within Walsall Gala Swimming & Fitness Centre, including:

Contributing to the delivery of an excellent quality service for all our customers that use the facilities.
Being responsible for ensuring the safety of customers, staff and other users.
Prepared to perform lifeguarding duties as required.

Requirements:

You must have experience in a frontline customer service environment
You will need to hold an STA, RLSS/NARS Pool Lifeguarding qualification (or equivalent).
You will be required to work rotating shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
