Aspire people are currently working with a school in Cradley Heath in Sandwell who are seeking a Year 4 Teacher for an asap start date for 12 months.

ECTs are welcome to apply

This full-time Teacher role is working within a Year 4 class setting with full class teacher responsibilities including planning, meetings and parents' evenings for an immediate.

The school has average EAL and SEND needs for the geographic area and like to provide additional support for students with additional needs.

As a full-time teacher, the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff, so the following is expected.


  • Lesson planning
  • Work with the year 4 teaching team
  • Teaching engaging planning to the year 4 class
  • Marking
  • Deploying the support staff
  • Staff and Parent Meetings
  • Assessments
  • Monitoring the achievements of pupils.
  • Ensure the students can access the curriculum
