CCA Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, supportive and growing Sales Team.

Please note this is an office-based role based at our Bellshill office, just 15 minutes outside Glasgow centre with free parking available.

We have a structured salary progression plan in place starting at £21500 per annum and rising to over £22,000 per annum as and when you achieve core KPI milestones, ensuring that your salary increases as you develop within your role.

Requirements:

Previous experience within sales or customer service preferred but not essential.
A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and an excellent communicator.
Willingness to learn about call techniques, our products and services.
Inquisitive nature, eager to learn more about our customers and their businesses.
A desire to talk on the phone with a confident telephone manner.
