Description
Telemarking and Sales Assistant- Prospecting for potential new customers, primarily by phone (telemarketing) but using other communication channels as appropriate
- Researching and creating a lead bank of potential new customers
- Helping the existing team with keeping the CRM system up to date
- Maintaining customer records in our CRM system
- Supporting other aspects of sales as required
They will also have:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and IT proficiency i.e. MS Office 365 and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Full driving licence and own transport would be ideal
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
