About Our Client:

Our client employ nearly 3,000 people across Europe, over 80 different sites.

The role will sit in the Healthcare business unit and will support a dedicated Business Partner in the day to day operations of the HR department, as part of the wider People team.

The Junior HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a trusted Advisor to all line managers, providing guidance on the full employment lifecycle
  • Supporting cyclical HR projects, such as recruitment drives, policy reviews, appraisals and employee satisfaction surveys
  • Managing employee relations cases
  • Dealing with Occupational Health referrals and managing process of outcomes
  • Supporting managers and new starters with complex contract requirements

The Successful Applicant:

The ideal Junior HR Business Partner will have the following skills/ qualities:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role
  • A background in a manufacturing/ healthcare/ logistics environment
  • Excellent understanding of contract and employment law

What's on Offer:

A salary of £40/43,000 dependant on experience, 25 days holiday, healthcare and enhanced pension.
