Here at Kingston College, we are now seeking a Head of College Administration to provide operational and administrative support to the College's Senior Management Team, to enable the team to monitor and support the College's curriculum provision.


Managing and coordinating a team of Administrators, you will lead on and coordinate the implementation of key College functions such as attendance management and student disciplinary procedures.

You will design and embed customer facing systems and processes to support curriculum offices, managers and teachers, and work with Corporate Services and across the Group to ensure curriculum data is collated and reported upon in an efficient and timely manner.

You will also support compliance with key College systems, including enrolment registration, attendance and punctuality, and support tasks such as enrolment, admissions, Learner Voice consultation activities and Student Council meetings.


We'd like our Head of College Administration to possess a Level 2 ITQ qualification and have a sound knowledge of College processes and procedures related to students, such as ALG, enrolment and admissions.

We'd like you to have a good understanding of College business processes and how these can be improved to place the learner at the heart of the faculty work, and understand the curriculum, timetabling and rooming requirements for the College.

You'll have, or be willing to work towards, a management qualification and have experience of leading a team.

You'll have excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills (to include patience, tact and understanding, and discretion/confidentiality) with both internal and external customers and be adaptable and flexible, able to work in an environment of change and development.
