Audi Site & Preparation Coordinator

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our hugely successful Audi Dealership in Hatfield is looking to recruit a new Site & Preparation Coordinator

About the position

You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.

A large part of the Preparation Coordinator:

Accepting, signing in and appraising all vehicles in readiness for directing them through the Preparation process, ensuring all Preparation stock locations and records are maintained at all times
This includes all cars ready for Handover on both the New and Used forecourts
Managing the stock digitally on our inhouse stock management tool

- nsuring vehicles are parked in the correct locations within the Dealerships Preparation department

Working closely with both the Sales and Service teams to ensure all departmental stakeholders are aware of stock arriving and Vehicle Preparation required
Maintaining a professional manner and high standards of personal and vehicle presentation at all times
Adhering to legal, environmental and health and safety requirements, ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles and property

About our requirements

We expect our new Site & Preparation Coordinator to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

Customer awareness.
Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Strong teamwork skills.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Full driving license.
