Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting an
Accounts Assistant for a great
service business based in
Kings Norton. The role will see you play a great part in a great and supportive business.

Main duties of this
Accounts Assistantrole include:


  • Resolve customer account queries quickly to prevent payment delays. Produce, distribute, and file sales invoices and ledger statements.
  • Liaise with the company's banking partner on a monthly basis. Assist in the processing of customer schedules.
  • Record and share debit notes with senior management.
  • Manage the purchase and stock of consumable items, stationary, and production labelling.
  • Provide reception coverage and manage incoming calls.
  • Take on additional responsibilities within your capabilities.
  • Participate in training programmes and communicate all workrelated issues to staff verbally or in writing.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all company business.

Location / Office / Hours
Based in King Norton, this role is perfect for someone who wants to join a great business. The hours are 8:30am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 1pm Friday.
