What you'll be doing

  • Working alongside Paid Media Strategists & Account Managers to setup, manage, measure and optimise paid media strategies for your clients.
  • Auditing accounts to analyse performance data
  • Providing insights and recommendations, plus implementing appropriate optimisation plans based on what you find.
  • Client budget monitoring & management, including advising on budget changes based on your expertise and campaign performance metrics.
  • Helping to determine benchmark performance metrics to help clients estimate what can be achieved in their campaigns
  • Working with the Account Manager to provide high quality and insightful reports for all clients on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining knowledge through Google Ads/Analytics exams
  • Staying up to date with the latest in digital marketing
  • Contributing to our thought leadership content

What core skills and experience you'll have

  • Active experience in managing live ad campaigns across both Search & Social Ads
  • At least 1 years experience in planning paid media campaigns, including platform selection, budgets, timings, audience targeting and creative development
  • Comfortable using Google Ads Editor
  • A strong understanding of bid/budget management and how changes affect performance
  • Previous experience working within an agency or client team environment
  • An understanding of wider marketing principles: understanding user journeys and how to influence them through paid campaigns, implementing effective marketing messaging at all stages of the funnel.
  • Able to analyse paid media results and draw out clientfacing performance insights
  • Wellorganised and practical
  • Comfortable working closely with clients
  • Comfortable working independently on tasks
  • Excellent use of initiative
  • A drive to constantly progress, learn and improve
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • No degree needed we're more interested in your ideas and experience

Salary


Salary will be decided based on experience and seniority, however the banding for this role sits between
£26 - £28k per annum.
