    Your Purpose
  • As the Sales and Operations Director, you'll preside over the delivery of our commercial agenda in Scotland with specific focus on development of our ontrade brand and category strategy. You'll also be accountable for the development and delivery of the Scotland On Trade strategy.
  • You'll have full accountability for the P&L and directly inspire and develop a high performing team across the Sales and Operations functions. You'll also own the creation, maintenance, and delivery of the commercial strategy for Molson Coors in Scotland with specific focus on the development of category and brilliant brand execution.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership of the Scotland team with a focus on the field sales and key accounts teams driving distribution and execution of brand building activity.
  • Management of our key route to market partnerships to ensure YOY market share growth.
  • Delivery of the commercial plan including AOP targets down to account contribution through a world class team enabled by excellent structures and processes.
  • You'll demonstrate excellent communication skills to develop and maintain multiple relationships with key retail customers, industry bodies and the Scottish trade press.
  • You'll create an environment of Trust, Integrity and Curiosity within the Scotland Business.

About You

  • We're super keen to hear from outstanding sales professionals who have previous experience in beverages or consumer goods. You'll have exceptional knowledge of the on and off trade and developing relationships with these groups in addition to strategy and planning experience.
