• Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar role
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and their installation techniques
• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment used in roofing projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights
