Due to continuing growth, we're looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. Based in Leicester, we're a company with strong values and a friendly team.
Overall Purpose
To support the marketing team with the delivery of marketing content to attract, retain and cross sell to clients.
KPIs
Increase the engagement across social media profiles
All content is delivered within the agreed deadline and has the purpose of either raising brand awareness, generating leads, cross selling to current clients or retaining current clients.
Main Duties
- Content creation and management of social media profiles across the Superbia Group companies
- Delivery of regular marketing campaigns, including research on the most suitable platforms and messaging, design and content and measuring success using KPIs
- Create content for websites across the group and ensure they remain up to date
- Support with both internal and external events
- Management of collateral to ensuring it is on brand and compliant
- Support the coordination and running of internal communications
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc work
- Raise the company profile by finding and entering relevant awards
- Research and write press releases
- Support with the Furnley House Foundation where required
Essential
- Good time management and organisation skills.
- Work experience in Marketing in a similar or junior role.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work manage personal workload and priorities effectively
- Positive attitude in line with the company values
- Desire to learn and develop
Desirable
- Experience working in the professional services sector, particularly financial advice and/or investment management
- A degree or equivalent and additional qualifications in Marketing
- Experience of Zoho
- Strong branding skills
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with occasional work outside of these hours for events
Location:
You will be based in our Leicester office, with some flexibility to work from home
Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Benefits:
25 days paid holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays and opportunity to buy or sell up to 5 days.
