One of our clients are a UK Construction Haulage Company based in Acton, close to Acton Mainline Station and are looking to add a
Transport Office Coordinator to their growing office.
- Transport
- Ready Mix Concrete
- Waste Management/Skip Hire
Primary functions / duties:
- Assist the Transport Teams in daytoday activity in the office
- Helping drivers and employees to use our in house software systems
- Checking tickets before invoicing
- Cover Holidays
- Reporting for customers and managers
- Answering & directing telephone calls to relevant staff
- Working with sales team on obtaining orders
Skills and Requirements:
- Good Computer skills.
- Good team worker.
- Willingness to learn inhouse software packages.
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrate good time management and organisational skills.
- Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent.
