One of our clients are a UK Construction Haulage Company based in Acton, close to Acton Mainline Station and are looking to add a
Transport Office Coordinator to their growing office.


  • Transport
  • Ready Mix Concrete
  • Waste Management/Skip Hire

Primary functions / duties:

  • Assist the Transport Teams in daytoday activity in the office
  • Helping drivers and employees to use our in house software systems
  • Checking tickets before invoicing
  • Cover Holidays
  • Reporting for customers and managers
  • Answering & directing telephone calls to relevant staff
  • Working with sales team on obtaining orders

Skills and Requirements:

  • Good Computer skills.
  • Good team worker.
  • Willingness to learn inhouse software packages.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Demonstrate good time management and organisational skills.
  • Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent.
