Do you consider yourself a positive, energetic person? This role is part of our 2023 apprenticeship programme, known internally as our Skills Academy programme.


As our Apprentice Housing Officer, you'll support the neighbourhoods team maintain safe, clean and tidy estates and assist with tenancy sustainment, therefore will be instrumental to our organisation creating successful, thriving communities.


You'll start to develop an understanding of the community you work within, with the ability build strong relationships with customers.

Keeping our customers and communities safe and sustainable.


The role will be responsible for travelling to our tenancies across Edinburgh and Lothians, therefore a driving license is essential to fulfil the role.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate a keen interest within the housing sector and show a willingness to progress and achieve the necessary academic qualifications.


You'll be a real people person and want a role that sees you getting out and about speaking with our customers, colleagues and other individuals.

Strong communicators will do well within these roles.
