Job Title:
Property Inspector based in either Rooksbridge, Somerset or Plymouth, Devon (see separate advert)

Location:
Based in Rooksbridge, Somerset

Hours:
Full time 35 hours per week

Salary Range:
£35,576 plus essential car user's allowance and other benefits

The successful applicant will oversee a wide variety of projects and contracts including responsive repairs maintenance, refurbishment of void homes, cyclical maintenance, landlord health and safety and planned component replacement works.

The successful applicant will build effective working relationships with our contracting partners to ensure the delivery of a resident centred service that provides quality workmanship and value for money, in line with agreed budgets and targets, which provides assurance that WTHP as a landlord are meeting our statutory obligations.

We are looking for a great communicator, skilled in working with individuals, often in challenging situations, alongside building relationships with other partners and stakeholders.

You will be flexible and dynamic, managing your time effectively to meet your varied and changing priorities; no two days are the same
