Customer Services Administrator x many permanent positions

Salary, £21000 plus excellent company benefits and opportunity to progress within the department / company and increase salary up to £26000

First six months is office based and then hybrid working of 3 days home based and 2 days working from the office is available if required.

We are delighted to be working alongside a first class financial services / insurance based organisation as they seek to recruit a number of additional permanent Customer Services Administrators to join their Haywards Heath ion Monday 6 March 2023.

The role:

The role is a mix of phone and admin work.

The number of calls handled a day are on average 30 a day (Depending on business demand) which is a mix of either Inbound or Outbound (no selling or sales) calls.

You would be scheduled to work on the phones twicea week.

For the rest of the week the applicant will be tasked with admin duties for example amending insurance policies, cancellations, complaints, validation of no claim discounts, handling policy documentation, cross checking policies and renewals.

Training:

Full training available

Two weeks classroom training and then two further weeks on the floor shadowing and supporting the team before going live with phone calls and admin work.

Experience required:

Open to all levels of backgrounds with some customer service experience.

Previous face to face retail experience, hospitality sector, college / Uni leavers and other applicants with a great phone manner and good computer skills are suitable for these roles
