My client is a fantastic, well-established, highly successful, independent Estate Agency based in The Wirral area have an opening for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator position.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a market-leading and thriving Estate Agency.

Working hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 9am5:30pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays (Lieu Day in return)

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic salary £22,000
  • £25,000
  • OTE up to £33,000
  • A great office/space to work in alongside exceptional staff
  • Reward and recognition along with long service awards
  • A full clean driving license

To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

  • Previous Sales/Lettings Negotiator experience
  • To work as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, personable
  • Enjoy helping Clients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fastpaced environment.

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • To build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
  • Arranging market appraisals and property viewings
  • Obtaining and providing feedback post viewing
  • Negotiating offers
  • Updating Clients on the marketing of their property
  • Verifying buyers ability to proceed before
- confirming sale

  • Ensuring relevant legal compliance
