Permanent contract

£26,421 - £27,337 per annum

37 hours per week

You will provide professional, responsive, and confidential administration service to support the HR service.

As a small district Council this role is a great opportunity to broaden your experience and support a wide range of services that you wouldn't get outside of local government.

  • Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice or equivalent qualification or equivalent knowledge based on experience.
  • Experience using data systems (ITrent or equivalent HR Systems).
  • Able to follow policies and procedures and support managers to do the same.
  • Able to work within a confidential environment where a relationship of mutual trust is essential and confidential information is handled appropriately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
- able to create letters and other correspondence and provide information and advice that is easily understood

  • Good interpersonal skills able to form effective working relationships
  • Can organise and prioritise workloads to achieve key outputs, with accuracy, within the deadlines set.
