We are recruiting for our client based in Lancaster City Centre, we are looking for an experienced sales advisor with experience in outbound B2B telesales to join their growing department.

The role will suit an experienced sales advisor working in a fast-paced environment who enjoys a challenge

Full training will be provided and ongoing support available, our client is looking for experienced sales advisors with the tenacity and drive to push for sales and who is a team-player.

Experience in a sales environment is required.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor you would be responsible for contacting businesses and offering the services of the client, managing your own diary, call backs etc.

You will be contacting qualified warm leads speaking to decision makers and pitching the business.

Essential Criteria

A positive attitude and drive for sales.
Able to talk to customers and build rapport.
Previous B2B experience with demonstratable success in a similar role.
A Self-Starter.
A team player with strong organisational skill.
Ability to communicate complex solutions in a more understandable way explaining our services and securing the business.
Confident to pick up the phone and call qualified leads.

This is a full-time permanent role Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00, 4 days in the office and 1 WFH.

The client is currently trialing a 4 day work week which you can become eligible for post-probation.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
