Client Services Coordinator

Duties:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate financial services products
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate client records and track interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery

Skills:


  • Proficiency in Salesforce or willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams

Pay:
From £30,000.00 per year
