As the Security Administrator, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing.

They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

What you will be involved in:

Provide administrative support to the Security team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects.
Maintain the security document database by ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Monitor security notifications and escalate according to security protocols.
Undertake assurance activities to ensure organisational compliance with security regulations and standards.
Assist with the creation and delivery of security newsletters and articles which will keep stakeholders informed.
Organise security training, including liaison with external training bodies to ensure a smooth learning environment and experience.
Support the administration of preemployment screening and national security vetting requirements to ensure employees are vetted to the correct standards in a timely manner.
Assist with the administration of access control activities including visitor management to ensure building access is managed correctly.

Your skillset may include:

IT skills with strong administrative experience
Microsoft Office proficient
Experience within a security or vetting environment
