Internal Audit Manager for global Consumer Goods company in London

£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid working

  • Chartered accountant (preferably Big4 trained)
  • Strong audit background
  • Consumer goods sector experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong senior stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
  • Need to be able to travel ca. 20% of the time

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Key responsibilities will include setting up project milestones, picture of success, milestones, aligning on deliverables with key stakeholders, presenting outputs and acting upon feedback.
  • Engage in key global projects or initiatives in a consultative capacity.
  • Develop and maintain productive teamoriented stakeholder and peer relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
  • Effectively lead, support and develop the Internal Audit team, where applicable.
  • Support the Internal Audit Director in selecting, engaging and developing employees to achieve their maximum potential and contribution to the team's objectives.
