EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly respected independent estate agency which has been established for over 30 years.

Specialising in the areas of Hampstead Garden Suburb, Highgate, Kenwood, Golders Hill, St. John's Wood, BelsizePark, Primrose Hill and surrounding areas.


We are recruiting a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join this professional and customer service focused agency offering an attractive £25k - £30k basic salary, £45k - £55k on target earnings in year 1.


Role:

  • Senior Lettings Negotiator
  • Dealing with new enquiries, registering applicants and identifying their requirements
  • Arranging and accompanying property viewings
  • Negotiating offers with landlord and tenant and agreeing new lettings
  • Keeping Landlords updated on the marketing and progress of their property
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business and build new relationships
  • Working closely with the Lettings team to achieve department goals
  • Conducting lettings valuations when required
  • Ensuring that the clients receive excellent customer service

Experience/skills required:

  • Experience in a Lettings role
  • Preferably experience in valuing properties
  • Professional and customer service focused
  • Friendly and pleasant, good relationship building skills
  • Driving licence and car

Package/Benefits:
- £25k - £30k basic salary per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

  • Commission paid on a sliding scale starting at 10% and rising to 15%
- £45k - £55k On target earnings
- £200 per month car allowance

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am 6.30pm, alternate Saturdays 10am 2pm
  • Average lettings fees £3000 £4000 per let
  • Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
