The outcome of the council's Total Pay and Reward review means the full-time salary for this position from 1st
April 2024 will be £29,777 to £31,364. The salary will be pro rata for part time and term time vacancies.

Town View Respite Service in Beverley provides respite and emergency short term overnight care for up to fourteen people who have learning disabilities and associated needs.

New House residential home in Beverley provides a permanent home to 8 adults who have learning disabilities and associated needs on the same site.

We are looking for a self-motivated, positive, and committed person to join our Care Officer team, taking responsibility for leading shifts and supervising staff, amongst other designated responsibilities at Town View.

Duties will include leading shifts on a day to day basis to ensure people are supported with their all their identified needs; medication administration and recording; health and safety monitoring; staff supervision, liaising with families and other professionals, attending reviews and other meetings, and working in collaboration with the manager, colleagues, and other professionals to maintain good quality monitoring and team planning systems, to ensure the service meets CQC fundamental standards.
