Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and accurately input purchase orders and supplier invoices into our accounts package.
- Resolve supplier queries promptly and efficiently
- Ensure timely processing of all transactions to meet financial deadlines.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required filing, telephones
- Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger professional or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of purchase ledger processes and accounting principles.
- Experience using accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated problemsolving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Pay:
£19,560.03-£27,999.45 per year
