Key Responsibilities:


  • Process and accurately input purchase orders and supplier invoices into our accounts package.
  • Resolve supplier queries promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure timely processing of all transactions to meet financial deadlines.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as required filing, telephones
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger professional or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of purchase ledger processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience using accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated problemsolving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Pay:
£19,560.03-£27,999.45 per year
