Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant and front of house staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee cleaning staff
  • Reception duties
  • Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Oversee food production and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance

Skills:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen setting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in supervising staff and delegating responsibilities effectively
  • Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
