Summary


As a Senior Product Manager at Rank Interactive, you will lead our product management function, manage product managers and report to the Product Director.

You will drive and establish our product strategy and planning alongside the commercial, operationsand wider business teams representing customer demand, preferences and market comparisons.


Whilst continuing to perform product discovery, you will also work closely with product managers on the product development portfolio and roadmaps.

You will set the direction for technical product managers and the product squad to maximise customer benefitsand return on product development investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarise and understand Rank Interactive's business objectives to support the creation of product strategies which are aligned with that ambition
  • Representing the voice of the customer in product discovery, through the usage of insights, analytics and direct customer feedback (CSAT, full story)
  • Pursuing a dataled approach to product discovery and roadmap prioritisation, where insights and performance inform decisions
  • Working across teams to develop comprehensive product roadmaps to deliver business goals with defined KPI's achieving one or more revenue growth, operational cost reduction or legislative compliance
  • Working with internal and external teams to assess the performance of key roadmap items delivered into production and communicating the outcomes to relevant commercial owners
  • Alongside the Product Director, establishing the communication strategy so all stakeholders are aware of the product strategy, the roadmap priorities, up to date status of items and showcase what value we're adding
  • Create, embed and modify processes across Product, Technology and commercial teams from ideation through to delivery as part of the software development lifecycle
  • Direct line management responsibilities for Product Managers. Ensuring we are setting clear, smart objectives for your reports, HR processes are followed, training and development needs are aligned to personal and company goals
  • Build and manage a backlog of user stories/requirements and prioritise for delivery
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment using Minimal Viable Product delivery, and rapid prototyping
  • Design experiments, analyse patterns and trends, and optimize existing products Work closely with business intelligence, research and product design to discover, prototype, test and learn to inform product development

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience working with architecture, design, engineering teams, vendors, and offshore development to deliver end to end products
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills and be extremely detail oriented
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to logically analyse complex requirements, processes and systems to put solutions in place
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Strong analytical background, data driven reasoning, and ability to understand key performance drivers
