Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Mental Healthcare Assistant who is looking for a new challenge


The service is close to Darlington and provides specialist inpatient care for adults with mental health needs, who present with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, in a safe and supportive environment.


The role will involve observing and monitoring the wellbeing of patients ensuring that any unusual physical, mental or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and documented as appropriate.

Providing specific interventions with patients as delegated by the Nurse. Developing and maintaining good professional relationship with patients, colleagues and visitors responding promptly and courteously to requests and enquiries.
