Job Description:
Working as a core member of our Health Science team, you will oversee the global Marketing activity for our Drug Development analytical testing, formulation, clinical research and clinical manufacturing.
Partnering with our teams, you will lead our marketing strategy, plan and manage campaigns and content creation, and select the best channels to publicize our messages.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure consistent marketing approach within Health Science
- Work collaboratively with global and local crossfunctional teams to develop an annual marketing plan for Clinical Research and Drug Development segments
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Plan, coordinate and lead the development of digital and print SGS Health Science Marketing collateral to increase SGS brand awareness in the industry;
- Drive successful and sustainable service launch marketing campaigns
- Develop, experiment and implement with different organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, pay per click campaign, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, articles and white papers with input from our global team of experts;
- Supervise and / or create graphics and other collateral such as ads, flyers, leaflets, brochures, posters and booth graphics and digital advertising banners
- Supervise social media channels and the visibility of the company using internal programs
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure engaged networking and SGS participation at leading Health Science events and exhibitions and with pharma industry news players / publications;
- With the support of the marketing analyst, identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, interest and competitive landscape to adjust our strategic marketing plans accordingly
- Generate leads for our global, regional and local sales teams;
- Create a Health Science marketing culture by sharing information within the network using the tools available within SGS
- Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Develop and maintain marketing team by providing information, educational opportunities and counselling
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 510 years' worth of Marketing experience and with a recognised Marketing qualification;
- Experience within and good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries;
- Experience in running a marketing team
- Proven experience of developing and implementing Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies;
- Familiar with marketing tools such as Canva
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management Systems.
- Prior international exposure or working in a multicultural environment managing international projects.

- Fluent in English and other languages are a benefit;
- Customerorientated person;
- Highly organized with ability to work on multiple projects under time constraints;
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently, taking ownership to drive projects through to completion;

- Project management skills with the ability to focus on deliverables and strong problemsolving skills;
