Description
Part time bank night Support Worker required to work at a 24-hour semi-independent home located in Bromley. Must be available to work week night
- shift 6pm to 9am ( sleep in from 1am to 8am).

You will be required to provide support to 16-21 year old care leavers, with varying levels of support needs. Support Workers will almost invariably be lone working.

Any applicant considered for this role will:

  • Live within reasonable travelling distance of Bromley
  • Be qualified to a minimum Level 3 in Health & Social & Care (or 2 A levels )
  • Have a minimum of 6 month experience of working with young people and care leavers age 162
  • Posses a clear and current (dated within the last 2 years) ENHANCED DBS Disclosure
  • Be able to exercise flexibility
  • Have knowledge and experience in compiling/updating written reports, support plans and risk assessment

Part-time

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week


Salary:
£90.00-£106.00 per day
