Role Overview
Responsible for supporting the Project Manager (s) in their everyday tasks, in particular with documentation, scheduling, and budgeting.


Job description

Role and responsibilities

  • Maintenance of project budgets via the Falcon Services Project Module
  • Scheduling of engineers
  • Processing orders for both labour and materials
  • Checking site signoff reports to ensure completed to standard.
  • Communication of scheduled visits with the customer
  • Ensuring all kit is prepared and available for installations.
  • Ensuring all invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining all project documentation in line with the Project Manager's requirements
  • Arranging site access to include work permits

Role Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and escalate issues.
  • Good Communications skills across various levels both internal and external
  • Team player
  • Timemanagement and organization skills
  • Confidentiality
